What does INTERACT do?
INTERACT is a multi-sector business group headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, with affiliates in the UAE, Türkiye, and Russia. We combine cross-border trade and sourcing (rice, leather chemicals, home textile, garments) with operational software platforms (Interact Pro, LeathX, FleetOps, ChemOps, Bulk Sale, Rewards OS) and a field-execution services arm (experiential marketing, contracting, heavy-machinery rental).
Where are you registered?
The Pakistani entity is INTERACT Solutions, registered at Flat 8, Block 39A, KCHSU, Shaheed-e-Millat, Karachi. Our D&B D-U-N-S Number is 754096722. Group entities outside Pakistan are listed on our About page.
Are you a regulated business?
Yes. INTERACT Solutions is registered with FBR for income tax and sales tax, and our group operates within the regulatory framework of every country we trade in. Our Manager — Compliance (Khadija) oversees FBR/SECP filings, UAE commercial licensing, data-protection alignment, and audit readiness.

Pricing & Payments

Which INTERACT apps use the interactpak.com payment gateway?
Our acquiring bank's gateway on interactpak.com is the registered checkout endpoint for the full INTERACT app portfolio — including Sahulat (animal & agriculture farm marketplace), Grower OS / Progressive Farmer, Rewards OS, Sahl (shopper loyalty), AutoSense AI, Interact Lifestyle, ExecOS, LeathX / Industry OS, FleetOps, Interact Pro, and others — see the full list at /apps. All paid flows redirect to interactpak.com for checkout so that card data is captured exclusively through one PCI-DSS-certified gateway.
What currency are your prices in?
All charges processed through interactpak.com are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Quotations for our UAE, Türkiye, and Russia entities are issued separately in the local currency and are not collected through this website.
How do I pay?
Software subscriptions and small-ticket services are paid online by debit/credit card or local bank account through our acquiring bank's secure payment gateway. Larger service engagements are paid by bank transfer against an invoice issued by INTERACT Solutions. Wallets and mobile-money options will be added progressively.
Are taxes included in the price?
Software subscription prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable Sindh Sales Tax on Services (SSTOS, 16%) where chargeable. For service engagements, taxes are quoted as a separate line on the invoice so that the tax component is fully traceable.
How much do your apps cost?
Each productized app has a free tier and a paid "Pro" tier. Indicative pricing: Interact Pro PKR 499/month per user, LeathX/FleetOps/ChemOps from PKR 2,500/month per workspace, Rewards OS priced per campaign. Live pricing is shown inside each app at the time of purchase and on /pricing.
What is the platform fee on marketplace transactions?
For two-sided transactions (Sahulat livestock purchase, Interact Lifestyle orders, Grower OS dealer marketplace, future e-commerce), INTERACT operates a transparent hold-and-release model: the buyer's payment is collected through the gateway, held against the order, and a platform fee of approximately 2.5% is retained. The net amount is then settled to the verified seller or service provider after the agreed delivery / service window. The platform fee is the only revenue INTERACT takes from each transaction. This is deliberately set to keep service charges minimum for end users.
Do you offer custom service pricing?
Yes. Most B2B service engagements (trade, contracting, marketing activations, heavy-machinery rental) are quoted custom against a scope of work. Email info@interactpak.com or use the contact form to request a quotation.

Delivery, Refunds and Cancellation

How is a software subscription delivered?
Access is provisioned automatically and emailed to your registered address within minutes of successful payment. Full terms in our Delivery, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. First-time buyers of any paid app subscription are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Service engagements are refundable per the terms of the signed quotation. Full details on the refund policy page.
How do I cancel a subscription?
From inside the app under Account → Subscription → Cancel, or by emailing accounts@interactpak.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Privacy & Security

Is my payment information stored on your servers?
No. Card data is captured directly by our acquiring bank's PCI-DSS-certified payment gateway. INTERACT does not receive, store, or process full card numbers, CVV codes, or PINs.
What personal data do you collect, and how is it used?
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service you requested — your name, email, phone, and any business data you voluntarily enter into our apps. Full disclosure is in our Privacy Policy.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes — you may request data export or full account deletion at any time. Self-service deletion is available at /delete-account, or write to info@interactpak.com.
