Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account and personal data from any INTERACT application.
📱 Delete directly in the app (fastest)
Most of our apps include a built-in account deletion flow. Deletion is immediate.

✉️ Request by email
If you cannot access the app, or for Qurbani Sahulat, send a deletion request to our privacy team. We process all requests within 30 days.
Include the following in your email:
- App name (e.g. “INTERACT Rewards”)
- Your registered phone number or email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Clicking the button opens your email client with a pre-filled template. If it does not open, email privacy@interactpak.com directly.
What happens when you delete your account?
Permanently removed
- ✕ Name & phone number
- ✕ Password & login sessions
- ✕ Device tokens & push notifications
- ✕ Profile photo & personal settings
Retained (anonymised)
- ○ Transaction & payment records (legal obligation)
- ○ Reward redemption history (audit trail)
- ○ Aggregate analytics (no personal link)
