Request Account Deletion

📱 Delete directly in the app (fastest)

Most of our apps include a built-in account deletion flow. Deletion is immediate.

• ✓INTERACT Rewards — Farmer rewards & loyalty programme
  In-app path: Profile → Delete Account
• ✓Progressive Farmer — Agricultural advisory & field scouting
  In-app path: Profile → Delete Account
• ✓Leathx — Leather industry marketplace
  In-app path: Settings → Delete Account
• ✓INTERACT Weather — Weather forecasts (shares one account with INTERACT Lifestyle, which is deleted too)
  In-app path: Settings → Delete account
• ✓Zeka — AI study & utility assistant (Ask Zeka, calculator, converter)
  In-app path: History → Storage & history (top-right icon) → Delete account
• ✓INTERACT Talk — Voice & video calls, chat & AI companion. Deleting erases your Talk data (messages held on our servers, devices, call & presence records). Your conversation partners keep their own copies, and a shared INTERACT account used by other services is not deleted by Talk.
  In-app path: Me → Pause or delete Talk (type DELETE to confirm)
• ✓TryOn — AI fashion try-on. Deleting removes your TryOn account and all of its data: body scans and measurements, photos, outfits, wishlist, shared looks, catalogue pieces, consent records and plan. A business (partner) account you managed stays, unlinked from you.
  In-app path: Home → Delete account (confirm in the dialog)
• ✓Interact Pro — Professional workspace. Deleting permanently erases your account and everything synced to it — documents, conversations, purchases and sign-in data. The audit trail of admin actions is kept with the personal link removed.
  In-app path: Settings → Account → Delete account (type DELETE to confirm)

Zeka: if your Zeka sign-in is shared with another INTERACT service (the same phone number or email), deleting in Zeka removes your Zeka data and your sign-in on Zeka only — the shared INTERACT account stays because the other services still use it. Email privacy@interactpak.com to delete the shared account itself.

If you cannot access the app, or for Qurbani Sahulat, send a deletion request to our privacy team. We process all requests within 30 days.
