What needed solving

PepsiCo needed to relaunch Mountain Dew in the highly competitive Pakistan soft drinks market against entrenched Coca-Cola brands. The relaunch required high-impact, never-before-seen activation elements at premium retail accounts across 6 major cities simultaneously, while managing complex logistics (F1 car rides, hologram equipment, multi-city coordination).

INTERACT deployed the Mountain Dew Formula 3000 campaign across Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Faisalabad, and Rawalpindi, installing ambiance displays at 30+ key accounts including Euro Mart, Dolmen Mall, The Forum, 7th Avenue, Best Price, and Bakeman. Industry-first elements included F1 Ride Cars for Kids and 3D Hologram Shows — neither had been used in Pakistan BTL before. A dedicated city-by-city team managed custodian selection, permission management, and daily reporting.
