Nokia needed an 8-city simultaneous launch for its premium N95 and 6300 handsets, with scratch card consumer promotion mechanics at mall stalls. Mid-campaign, political strikes and market shutdowns disrupted operations in multiple cities — requiring rapid pivoting to alternative locations and cities without pausing the consumer-facing campaign.
