The Challenge

What needed solving

Bayer needed a digital rewards platform for the cotton season that would work in areas with poor connectivity, support Urdu-speaking field officers and farmers, handle duplicate barcode fraud detection, track dealer stock in real time, and process micro-payments (Rs.50-100) through JazzCash/Easypaisa — all while scaling to 27,000+ users across rural Sindh and Punjab.

Our Solution

How we delivered

INTERACT designed and built a full-stack Next.js 16 platform with 36+ database models, IndexedDB offline storage, Service Worker caching, and a 10-command SMS engine with Urdu support. The 3-tier hierarchy (Manager → Dealer → Field Officer) enables real-time sales verification: 1 barcode = 1 pack = Rs.50 immediate + Rs.50 deferred reward. All rewards stay PENDING until 10 'green days' (dealer-confirmed sales with no disputes). Built-in WebRTC voice calls and in-app chat enable field coordination without leaving the app.
