Lindt (distributed by United Brands) needed year-round premium brand presence in Pakistan's fledgling premium chocolate market. This required simultaneous management of seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day, Eid), permanent in-store personnel, sports sponsorship, and retail branding — all while maintaining the premium brand positioning that Lindt demanded.
