Executed a 3-phase nationwide Bistiks in-store promotion across 21+ cities simultaneously, deploying 60+ promoters with full POS materials in Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, and AJK — plus Wheatable school sampling in Lahore and Karachi.
The Challenge
What needed solving
Continental Biscuits (Danone/LU licensee) needed to launch Bistiks biscuit across 21+ cities simultaneously, covering all four provinces plus AJK. Each city required locally recruited promoters (male and female with CNICs), branded materials (70 standing banners, 60 aprons, 60 caps, 40 baskets), and daily SMS/email reporting — all coordinated from a central management hub within a 4-week window.

How we delivered
INTERACT deployed 60+ field promoters simultaneously across 21 cities in 3 phases: Phase 1 covered major metros, Phase 2 expanded to secondary cities, Phase 3 included Peshawar. The 5-point SOP covered product briefing, brand introduction to retailers, in-store stock placement for sampling, basket-carried product sampling, and POS merchandising (posters, buntings, shelf talkers, stickers). Daily photo evidence was submitted from every city. A parallel Wheatable school sampling program ran at schools in Lahore and Karachi.
