What needed solving

Chevron needed to intensify in-store brand visibility and consumer engagement at key Lahore retail locations. The deployment required 20 brand ambassadors plus 2 supervisors operating in 2 shifts per day for 27 consecutive days, with uniforms, travel allowances, communication coverage, and daily visual reports — all mobilised at speed.

How we delivered

INTERACT mobilised a 22-person team (20 BAs + 2 Supervisors) with branded uniforms, dual-shift scheduling, and a dedicated reporting vehicle producing daily visual summaries. Staff received training on Chevron product knowledge, consumer engagement protocols, and store merchandising standards. WHT and statutory deductions were handled end-to-end.
